William Wolfram 

American pianist William Wolfram, a Juilliard graduate and Yamaha artist, has garnered numerous accolades, including silver medals at the William Kapell and Naumburg International Piano Competitions and a bronze medal at the Tchaikovsky Piano Competition in Moscow.

Wolfram has performed with many of the world's leading orchestras, such as the Pittsburgh Symphony under Leonard Slatkin, and others including San Francisco, Saint Louis, Seattle, and the National Symphony Orchestra. Internationally, he has played with the BBC Symphony Orchestra, the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra.

Known for his versatility, Wolfram excels as a concerto soloist, recitalist, accompanist, and chamber musician. He champions the music of Liszt, Beethoven, and modernist 20th-century American composers. He has premiered works by contemporary composers like Aaron Jay Kernis and Paul Chihara.

Wolfram's recording portfolio includes titles for Naxos and Albany labels, featuring works by Liszt, Miklos Rosza, John Corigliano, and Edward Collins. As an educator, he is on the piano faculty at the Manhattan School of Music and the Eastern Music Festival.

 

Wolfram's career highlights include collaborations with distinguished artists and conductors, as well as performances with prominent ballet companies. He was featured in Joseph Horowitz’s book, The Ivory Trade, and in a documentary on the 1986 Tchaikovsky International Piano Competition. He resides in New York City.

 

 

Reed Tetzloff

Pianist Reed Tetzloff, described as "an artist of broad musical tastes and individuality" (South Florida Classical Review), gained international recognition at the XV Tchaikovsky Competition, earning the title "lyric hero of the competition" (Сноб Magazine). Since his Lincoln Center concerto debut at Alice Tully Hall in 2012, he has captivated audiences worldwide.

Tetzloff has performed in prestigious European venues such as the Berlin Philharmonie, Munich's Allerheiligen Hofkirche, and the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory. His 2023-2024 season includes a debut tour of South Korea. He has appeared with orchestras including the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Minnesota Orchestra, Moscow Virtuosi, Prague Philharmonic, and Tbilisi Symphony Orchestra. Festival residencies include the Grand Teton Music Festival and the Miami International Piano Festival.

 

His debut album, Sounds of Transcendence, sponsored by the Center for Musical Excellence, received acclaim for its "kaleidoscopic colors" (Gramophone Magazine). During the COVID-19 pandemic, Tetzloff released two albums with Master Performers, including Concord, praised for its "warmth and wide range of colors" (Fanfare Magazine).

A Minneapolis native, Tetzloff studied at Mannes College in New York with Pavlina Dokovska, winning the school's top awards early in his studies. He is also an acclaimed writer, working on a collection of essays.

 

Robert Grohman

Pianist Robert Grohman, praised for his artistry and musical sensitivity, enjoys an active career as a soloist, chamber musician, and teacher. The New York Times critic James Oestreich highlighted his performance at Carnegie Hall, stating, “Grohman stood out among the players.” Grohman has performed in Vienna, Washington, D.C., and New York City, and has appeared as a soloist with the Vienna International Orchestra, where his cadenza for Mozart’s Piano Concerto K.467 was acclaimed by conductor Robert Lehrbaumer.

Recent performances include a tango concert with Latin Grammy Award-winner Pedro Giraudo, a solo performance with the American Repertory Ballet, and appearances at Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall. He has also performed live on Chicago’s WFMT Radio and served as the piano teacher for Jessica Chastain in The Zookeeper’s Wife.

Grohman’s article on Mozart’s fortepiano was published in the Journal of Music Research from National Taiwan Normal University. He has presented at various conferences, including those of the Historical Keyboard Society of North America.

Grohman holds a DMA from Rutgers University, where he received multiple awards. He studied at Mannes College of Music, Manhattan School of Music, and the University for Music and Performing Arts in Vienna. He is a faculty member at Mason Gross School of the Arts and Montclair State University’s Cali School of Music.
